What more could a girl dream of? Lets do a little math here; I promise it won’t be hard.
Celebrities have some of the most envious locks in the world and yes they probably have a team of hair stylists at their beck and call, but let me ask you this do we not read of celebrities going on and on about eating Kale? Luscious locks + kale talk = Kale is an amazing food benefiting your hair in more ways than one. Sick of short hair that continually breaks, never getting it to grow longer than your shoulders? Well guess what? Kale can help with that, Kale improves your hairs elasticity, making your mane both stronger and thickening it at the same time. And when your hair is stronger, hair is able to grow; Kale also increases circulation to the scalp, encouraging hair growth. Why stop with our hair? I mean we want the whole package here.
At this point in time for some of you, are probably wondering what the hell Kale is? Kale is a green leafy vegetable packed with antioxidants, even more than other members of the leafy green family. The antioxidants in kale help in preventing dreaded free radical damage, that we all know in turn slows down the appearance of wrinkles. Full of vitamin A, a vitamin commonly known to benefit the health of your skin, Kale deeply detoxifies the body, making you feel good from the inside out. Mother always said to look good on the outside; we had to feel good on the inside.
So before you veto Kale from your diet, I dare you to give it a go. Come on succumb yourself to the temptation.
