I want to share an interesting (and sincere) email that landed in my inbox from Bose. The email is an excellent example of how a company admitted that they could have done things better!
About a year ago, I heard of a newly released earbud that was so comfy you could fall asleep with them in your ear. I was hoping these new flashy earbuds from Bose would help eliminate the super annoying snoring sound my hubby still refuses to believe he makes – it drives me crazy.

The Bose earbuds felt lovely to wear in the ear while I fell asleep. They were easily the most comfortable earbuds I’ve used, and the packaging was incredible. But unfortunately, they didn’t mask the snoring sound. So, I resorted back to my regular old earbuds from the chemist.
After returning the Bose earbuds, I completely forgot about them until now when I read this email from Bose. I appreciate how honest and transparent they came across by admitting that, even though they had high hopes for the earbuds, the design didn’t turn out as they expected. So, they are happy to refund all purchases and take this product back to the drawing board.
