After seeing friends dressing up their pooches with accessories, I thought it was time I start putting a bit more effort into finding some accessories for Goochie. I don’t want to come across as a crazy dog lady, but I think it’s so cute when I see a small dog wearing a little fur jacket, or an adorable decorative collar – people definitely dress up their dogs here in Melbourne.
I reached out to Etsy and asked them via email to help me find a brand in Australia that hand make quality dogs accessories. I know that some of you own a small dog and appreciate when you find nice accessories for them so I’m hoping you will enjoy this post.
I was delighted to be introduced to Oh Jaffa and found it was very generous of them to give me two of their exquisite little bows as a gift to Goochie.
Louise and Mr Jaffa are the team behind the brand and are based in Sydney. Their bows are very well made, with extra attention paid to the detail in their fabric choices, their construction and presentation. I also loved their cute packaging, it’s wonderful how Louise has made her pug, Mr Jaffa, the face of the brand. You have to check out their Etsy store to see photos of Mr Jaffa, he is gorgeous.
I really love the red coloured bow that Goochie received, the red colour really pops out against the colour of his fur. I couldn’t help but include photos of little Winston (my brothers new pooch) as well.
