I’m going to review items I recently bought from Lush. I’m a huge fan and my favourite product from them is their incredible natural deodorant.
1. Solid Bar Shampoo
What I loved:
I was skeptical using this as I thought it wouldn’t lather enough nor clean the hair and scalp as required. But this shampoo lathers like crazy! It does a great job at cleaning my hair and scalp.
I bought this because I wanted a gentle shampoo for my irritated scalp. The shampoos I use are expensive and stink and it’s a relief to use one that didn’t leave my hair feeling like plastic. The down side to this product is its horrible smell.
What I didn’t like:
The smell sucks! You will need to use a nice smelling hair product as soon as you rinse this out of your hair. Also make sure to buy one of their shampoo tins to properly store your solid bar shampoo. I can’t see how this can be left in the shower without being stored in something. I feel if it came in contact with water it would dissolve fast.

2. Lip Tint
What I loved:
This is a must have lip tint. You can wear it on its own or with other lip products. This red colour is perfect for my skin tone. I use it day or night and for a longer lasting look, I line my lips with a red lip pencil before applying this. I appreciate how small and compact it is as it easily fits in my purse or bag.
What I didn’t like:
You should apply this with a lip brush or you will be left with stained fingers. Make sure to work your brush in the colour to get the desired amount of red to apply to your lips.

3. Shower Scrub
What I loved:
The smell, texture and colour was lovely. It left my skin feeling hydrated and moisturised. A little bit went a long way.
What I didn’t like:
The small salts in it (or whatever was in it used to exfoliate the skin) dissolved to fast. So instead of a gentle body exfoliant this turned out to be a body wash. I didn’t mind but preferred if the texture didn’t dissolve as fast so I could enjoy using it as a scrub as it suggests on the label.

I love lush products, my vegan friend introduced me to them last year and I’m a big fan! My favourite product of theirs is the Ultrabalm, it’s almost like a pawpaw balm and I would use it on a daily basis plus it’s only $9.95! That lip tint looks cool I’ll have to try it out!

I’ll make sure to try their balm. You’ll love the lip tint. It comes in other colours, but I love how flawless and natural this red tone looks on my pale skin. Just be careful of how much you put on your finger as it will stain it hence why I opted for a lip brush.
