I was thrilled when Michael Hill Jewellers invited me to select a couple of their designs to wear. I took them up on their offer because I knew I would find something I genially loved and would wear.
Since I was younger, I’ve known MHJ as the place to go to buy must have, staple jewellery pieces. It’s nice to see they have modern designs available such as dainty stack rings and minimalist necklaces perfect for layering.
I visited MHJ in Melbourne City and with the help of their lovely staff chose the following pieces. I really appreciated the one-on-one attention and was happy that they were able to help me decide on these three designs based on what I had told them about my style and how I wanted to wear the necklaces.
My favourite look is definitely the Gold Bar Necklace. I have always wanted a style like this because I love how simple and elegant it is. I like the fact that I can layer it easily with my other necklaces without it looking over the top.
I have to be honest and say that the chains are extremely delicate, so I’m fearful if I get my hair caught in the chains that it may break. So if you are planning on buying a design with a delicate chain from MHJ make sure to take extra care with the chain.
