I have a confession: I am a full on nail polish addict. There is no point hiding it anymore, I just can’t get enough of painted nails and, as a result, I want to own every colour under the sun! It’s a fun and relatively inexpensive obsession; I often buy colours on sale or from low-cost brands. I work on a computer all day so the only brands that stay on more than a week for me is Shellac, which can really only be done by a professional beautician and it is not cheap. What I love about nail polish is how easy it is to use as an accessory in your outfit; the colour you chose can help enhance other colours in your outfit or simply add the missing pop in a mono-colour ensemble.
Experimenting with colours is what I am obsessed with the most at the moment; I don’t think I have used the same colour twice in the past few months. I love adding glitter to my base colour to add some sparkle, which I find often changes the entire look of the colour. As a result, I have a lot of glitter colours so I can mix and match.
