The Final Verdict – Why I had to call it off with Shoes of Prey
I was hoping this blog post was going to turn out different. After speaking so highly about Shoes of Prey and the experience I had, I wanted to end this post on a positive. But after sending my shoes back to Shoes of Prey twice, I’m sad to say that they were still gapping and as a result I requested a refund.
You can check out Part Two of my Shoes of Prey blog post where I talk more about the issue I had with the fit of the shoe.
I feel so guilty at the fact that Shoes of Prey tried everything they could to fix the issue but I was not happy with the shoe. I love my shoes to fit perfectly and you would never see me with ill fitting shoes.
I was hoping Shoes of Prey was going to be the place to turn to online instead of spending hours of my time searching for shoes elsewhere each season.
The process of sending the shoes back was easy, the communication I experienced with them was beyond excellent. They made me feel great through out the entire process, even if I was not happy with the shoe.
If you’re contemplating whether or not to place an order with Shoes of Prey I would definitely encourage you to do so. The only piece of advice I have is to make sure you give yourself PLENTY of time. It has taken me over two months to get to this stage. So if I needed these shoes for a special occasion I would have to make sure to order the shoes at least 3 months in advance.
I also have to mentioned that if your shoes do not fit, you can get your money back, except the postage fees, which will be giving as credit to use on a future purchase. This was more than fare as I was allowed to keep the gorgeous shoe box and all of the goodies included in the box.
Below is the cute email message they sent me while they were trying to fix my shoes.
