The Entourage is a group of highly passionate, innovative individuals who provide education and support for entrepreneurs. I attended their Unconventional seminar 2-years ago and continued to be in the loop with their desire to change the way we learn about business, money, and life. I believe in their mission, which is to become the world’s number one education institution for entrepreneurs.

In August, I enrolled in their Launch program, an intense course aimed to push and challenge the early stages of your business. Everything I learn from the Launch program will help me to transform Capriess into Australia’s number one wedding marketplace, helping couples to create happier and more affordable weddings.

What is the Launch Program?
The Launch program consists of 4 monthly 2-day workshops held in Sydney and Melbourne. The first 2-day workshop focused on how to best craft the Vision, Mission, and Values for your business. Part of the program includes access to an online portal, which has short videos and activity sheets to complete before each workshop. I got a lot more out of the workshop compared to those who didn’t have time to do the pre-work so if you’re planning on participating in the Launch program I recommend to do the pre-work. It will give you the opportunity to get a lot more out of the workshops.

The Vision, Mission, and Values workshop demonstrated how important a firm and stable foundation is. If you and your business do not have a strong foundation, it’s easy to get lost or unmotivated along the way.

I walked away from the workshop with a lovely crafted Vision and Mission for Capriess as well as a list of Values to follow when working and growing Capriess.

The other students in the workshop were awesome and full of life. I loved their vibe and energy. It was an incredible feeling to be amongst people who like me are creative, passionate, dedicated and focused.

The next 2-day workshop will be held in January and will look at how your product fits the market. I’ve already started going through the material in the online portal and feel pumped and excited about the topic.
